Academy’s owner/director, Phillip Galloway, is the most
experienced real estate instructor in the area. He has over
thirty-six years of experience in residential sales and leasing,
as well as commercial sales and leasing.
Many students who attend The Market Place are seeking careers in
real estate sales. They enjoy the many references to actual real
life stories that come with his thirty-six years of experience.
This helps make this course and school stand out in the
Wilmington area.
The school offers the students additional study materials such as
computer software for practice testing, audio review CD’s for
checking out if you miss a class or just want to review, books
and CDs on basic real estate math and vocabulary, all of which
can be checked out of our library or purchased separately.
The school also provides computers with software downloads so
students in the training room can try the educational tools
prior to purchasing them. We have found that our students not
only get excellent quality licensing education but also build a
foundation, which enables them to excel in their first years in
real estate as well. |
