Course #301 Broker I- Relationship & Responsibilities (30 hours) This course outlines agency relationships and duties, as well as working with both buyers and sellers in residential transactions.
Course #302 Broker II- Contracts & Closing (30 hours) This course involves a review of selected law concepts, preparation of real estate sales contracts and closing procedures. Only available to licensed agents after October 1, 2005.
Course # 303 Broker III- Selected Topics (30 hours) This course offers an introduction to commercial real estate, brokerage, property management, loan fraud, fair housing and characteristics of manufactured and modular housing. Only available to agents licensed after October 1, 2005.
