Broker Pre licensing Course: 75 hours            $395
Tuesday and Thursday 6:00pm - 9:45pm and  Saturday: 8:30am -12:30pm (3 Times a week)
Class will be located at Intracoastal Realty, 1902 Eastwood Rd.  Wilmington, NC 28403

The Broker Pre-Licensing Course (75 Hours) is the beginning real estate course in North Carolina. Successful completion of this course will qualify and prepare you to sit for the State Licensing Exam.
After passing the State Licensing Exam, the North Carolina Real Estate Commission will issue you a real estate Broker License on “Provisional Status”. You will then be eligible to work for any real estate firm in North Carolina.
(The Broker Pre-Licensing Course replaces the old Salesperson Course which was offered in North Carolina for many years until December 2005. Salesperson Licenses are no longer issued in this state – only Broker Licenses.)
