The Market Place Real Estate Academy
    ENROLLMENT CONTRACT

This contract by and between THE MARKET PLACE REAL ESTATE ACADEMY (hereinafter “SCHOOL”) AND

 

(YOUR FULL NAME).

, and constitutes the complete agreement and understanding of the parties. 

1.   SCHOOL agrees to provide STUDENT a NC Real Estate, course consisting of

classroom hours of instruction, in accordance with the course syllabus prescribed by the North Carolina Real Estate Commission, and further agrees to issue STUDENT course completion certificate, provided that STUDENT satisfactorily completes such course in accordance with SCHOOL policies and North Carolina Real Estate Commission Rules.

 

2.      STUDENT agrees to pay tuition for this course in the amount of

 

$(FILL IN THE AMOUNT OF CLASS FEE).

 Such tuition will be paid as follows:  $100.00 with registration form, the balance due prior to the start of the first class. Books and other materials will be furnished at the Academy prior to class, while supplies last.

 

3.   SCHOOL agrees to refund all but $100.00 to STUDENT if STUDENT withdraws prior to start of the third class. When a student withdraws and wants to re-schedule another course,the $100.00 will be credited to STUDENT as partial payment for another course session as long as it is re-scheduled within the next 3 months.

 

4.   This course is scheduled to begin

5.   Any rescheduling due to weather or other emergencies will be made up on the following weekend. Normal times for rescheduling classes will be Saturday 1:30pm to 5:30pm or Sunday 1:30pm to 5:30pm. Should a course be canceled, the Student will receive a full refund.

 

6.   SCHOOL and STUDENT mutually agree to abide by the SCHOOL policies described in the SCHOOL’S “Bulletin”, a copy of which has been provided to STUDENT.
