Gabriela Huffman,

Gabriela Huffman is a Wilmington, NC native and began her real estate career in 2011. She is a well rounded instructor, teaching Prelicensing, Postlicensing, Continuing Education, and Ethics. Students will choose to take her classes for her direct approach, the learning atmosphere, relevant real estate cases, detailed forms review, and no-broker-left-behind mentality. While in class, you can expect to learn more than just what’s needed to pass the tests, and have fun while doing it. On the other hand, you will be required to pay attention and keep distractions down, as everyone’s time is valuable!

Christie Berry, GRI

Christie Berry began her real estate career in 2003 after graduating from the University of North Carolina Wilmington with a BA in Communication Studies.  During the first four years of her career she earned awards for million dollar and multi-million dollar producer.  Christie also earned her GRI designation and decided at that point real estate education was her main focus.  She became certified to teach pre and postlicensing courses in July of 2006.  She thoroughly enjoys teaching and sharing her own personal experiences in real estate to help her students understand some of the more difficult concepts in the classroom.   With the changing real estate market Christie transitioned from sales into property management in 2009 while continuing to teach.   Working in the property management field has given Christie more personal experiences and allowed her to expand on the knowledge she shares with her students.  Christie is approved to teach pre and post licensing courses as well as continuing education.  She looks forward to seeing you in her classroom.
